The shop is still down. AAAPlus has proven to be a disaster. I am a technoidiot and will not comment on how they got infected [ask Sam on that]. However their supposed 24/7 customer service amounted to a help desk whose only instruction was to say that managers don't work weekends, don't work evenings and are not available during business hours. Being told they would call back sometime without even an approximate time is not customer service - it is a blowoff. Sam is trying to get us running elsewhere. Again I don't speak tech so email us for details if it is important to you but per Sam we were not hacked. The attack on the ISP took down the connection between our pages and the supporting data bases. As near as I understand technology past the magic gerbils stage the pieces have simply forgotten how to talk to each other. Paper records in notebooks and files. We old folks have our uses.
